I have been interested in residential property since purchasing my first investment in 2008. I view property ownership as a great long-term wealth creation strategy and am passionate about helping others enter the property market, whether it be purchasing for investment or their own home. As they say 'it’s time in the market - not timing the market'.
I enjoy building genuine relationships with my clients. Understanding their unique situation and financial/property ownership goals allows me to work with them to turn these into a reality, both through education and then recommending the right loan structure and best fit products.
I am accredited with both the Finance Brokers Association of Australia Ltd (FBAA) and Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and have completed a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50315). Additionally I hold a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical) and Diploma in Modern Languages (French) from the University of Western Australia. Given this strong technical background, I am a logical thinker and thorough researcher, willing and able to seek out solutions for even the most complex client scenarios.
I have been recognised amongst my peers, being awarded the prestigious title of Finance Broker of the Year (WA) at the 2022 and 2023 FBAA national awards as well as Best Newcomer (WA) at the 2021 Better Business Awards.
Furthermore, I am reputed on Google as one of Perth's best mortgage brokers, thanks to the glowing reviews I receive from my clientele.
Prior to establishing Inca Mortgage Solutions, I fine tuned my customer service skills working as a relationship manager for a number of large corporates. My passion for all things real estate, working with people and aptitude for research led me to my current career as a mortgage broker.
Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my primary school aged kids, planning my next holiday and practicing my French.
